You can request to delete your e4life App account and associated data at any time.
Log in to your e4life App account on your mobile app to get started.
The in the App:
- Tap Settings at the bottom right of the Home Page.
- Tap Problems? Contact support in the Info and support section.
- Check Delete account box.
- Tap the send Icon in the top right corner to send the message.
Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to support@app.e4.life stating your user name and your wish to have your account and the data associated with it deleted.
